Bug description:
Some times when a window is expanded, the content of the window
doesn't expand and the expansion area becomes transparent. Check the
screenshot for the illustration. Though the pidgin window has been
expanded by dragging its borders, the content area of the window
hasn't expanded and the expansion area is transparent.
