Title:
launcher tooltip doesn't go away in certain dual monitor setup

Status in Unity:
  Expired
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: unity

I have set up my two monitors to have the primary screen on right, so the
launcher is on the left of it and the middle of both screens.
Like that the mouse travel from either screen to the launcher is minimal.

When I move my mouse from the primary right screen to the left screen and
cross a launcher icon the tooltip of the icon does not disappear again when I
leave the launcher it on the other side.
I have to move the mouse over an unoccupied space of the launcher to make it
disappear.
