Title:
Multitouch drag handles activate spontaneously after suspend

Status in Unity:
  Expired
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
Occasionally (not all the time), when resuming from suspend, the
focused window will have Unity's multitouch drag handles on it and the
mouse cursor gets stuck in "dragging" mode and does not respond to
clicks. This is despite the fact that all drag handle shortcuts were
disabled, so it definitely should not be activated. Because all the
shortcts had been disabled, there is also no obvious way to get rid of
the drag handles, and the system is basically non-functional while in
this mode, so when this happens I have to restart.

Workaround: install compizconfig-settings-manager and remove the
  "unity MT grab handles" plugin.
