Bug description:
Today I installed a fresh daily build of 12.10 and applied software
updates, which installed shotwell 0.12.90-0ubuntu1. When I select a
photo and press Publish, Shotwells offers Pigiwo as the only
publishing destination. (In Preferences->Plugins, other destinations
such as Facebook and Flickr are enabled, but they don't appear in the
publishing dialog.)
