Bug description:
About 1 out of 3 boots on my HP TC4200, Wireless Networking is
disabled upon logging in (I get an immediate notification that I am
disconnected) requiring me to right click the network icon and
'enable'. I have been using 10.04 since December and this problem
started happening around 1-2 weeks ago.
