Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  I'm not sure whether this is the same issue as Bug #549140, though I
  have a different adapter. Wireless connection randomly drops out,
  doesn't work to connect again unless the adapter is unplugged from the
  usb port and reinserted. The adapter works has no such issues when
  booting into Windows, so I'm assuming its something else.
