Title:
Network Manager, wifi interface + ipv6 autoconfig results in a 1
second connection
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
After having a successful Wi-Fi connection, I noticed I have no IPv6
IP.
With a "Edit connections" -> "Wireless" -> my connection "Edit" ->
"IPv6 settings" change method from disabled to "Automatic".
I'd also noticed same bug description, however without a bugreport on:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/453099
With a standard NIC IPv4+IPv6 works just fine with NetworkManager.
What I expect is that my second session becomes a permanent session,
and not disconnect when I like to use IPv6.
I'm not sure it is the NetworkManager itself, or nm-applet.
