Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

When i plugin my phone to the computer to use it to surf - wich works
really well - network-manager produces a notification saying
"disconnected from ESSID" where the awaited behaviour should be to
give a notification with something like "USB phone / modem connected"
