The switcher (Alt+Tab) is showing incorrect windows after using Deskop

Bug description:
After using Desktop wall and then pressing Alt+Tab quickly the
switcher shows incorrect windows. The switcher uses the previous
workspaces for its windows.

Reproduce:
Start at workspace 1
press: Ctrl+Alt+Right
press: Alt+Tab right after switching workspaces
Outcome:
Switcher opens with incorrect windows (Windows are from Workspace 1)
Expected outcome:
Switcher shows correct windows for the correct workspace.
