Bug description:
StaticCairoText does not refresh it's cached texture when maximum size
is changed. This can cause the text field to show a narrower or wider
text field than is available.
Affects:
Dash Previews
Reproduction:
1) Open Application Lens (Super + A)
2) Randomly choose a result
2) Open application preview (right-click)
3) If the description text of the application is shorter than the available
width, you have reproduced the bug.
4) If not, close review (escape)
5) Goto 2.
