This is not a bug in the messaging menu, but in gwibber.
I've recently switched gwibber's messaging menu integration to
libmessaging-menu and took extra care to make sure the order of the
streams always stays the same. Do you still have this issue in quantal?

Bug description:
The usual order is from top to bottom: Messages, Replies and Private.
But, this order reverses once in a while after resuming from suspend.
This might confuse some users, at least temporarily?
