Public bug reported:
Mail arrives in English with some Hebrew (or Israeli originated but in
English) embedded in the mail. I write a reply and Thunderbird creates a
multi-part mail with text and HTML parts.
Outlook uses the HTML part to display the message and all of the reply I
send out is sent right-justified. Message source contains the font
definitions as text-align:right as below, this is the only thing I can
find as -right-justified-. What I quote usually comes out as normal,
left-justified. Only mails which involves people from Israel, not all
messages contain Hebrew characters but definitely was sent from Israel.
