Launcher - Quicklist menu does not respond to being opened on a new
icon if already open

Bug description:
1) Reveal launcher, right click on any launcher icon lets say firefox
2) Move the mouse over another launcher icon like nautilus
3) right click again.
What currently happens:
At (3), the previous menu is closed. The new menu is not displayed. right
click the same tile again, now the menu is shown.
Desired behavour:
At (3), the previous menu should be closed immediately and new menu opened
simultainously.
