Bug description:
When you drag an icon that has been upscaled in the dash (like XChat),
the icon you drag around has the original icon size (see screenshot).
TEST CASE:
1. Open the dash and find an upscaled ("ugly") icon.
2. Drag it around.
RESULT:
* The icon you drag around has its original size instead of the same size as
the upscaled one in the Dash.
