  This is the Bid web page from the Mexican government
  www.compranet.gob.mx, this page display correctly with chrome and IE8.

  The sequence to reproduce the error is:
  Licitaciones -> Vigentes -> Adquisiciones -> Todas

  The message from firefox is:

  Bad Request
  Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
  Oracle HTTP Server Powered by Apache/1.3.19 Server at web.compranet.gob.mx 
Port 8005

  I haven't had more information besides the messages that firefox
  display.
