1) The release of Ubuntu you are using: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
2) The version of the package you are using: 1:3.5.4-0ubuntu1.1 (amd64)
3) What you expected to happen: When I open the file with extension "RTF" 
display images in the document header.
4) What happened instead: Read-Error message appears instead of the images.

- The problem always occurs.
- The fedora 17 Package libreoffice-3.5.6.2-2.fc17 solved this bug.
- The problem does not happen in version 3.4 of libreoffice.
- The problem does not happen in Abiword package.
