The same is true with other icons that launch external windows, like
Printing and Additional Drivers. I'm updating the title and description
to match.

(I think the real bug is that the icons work on single click, but look
like files/folders in Nautilus, which by default require a double
click.)

  When I double-click on the Language Support icon in System Settings,
  two identical windows called "Language Support" are launched. The main
  window for System Settings is still visible and active. This also
  happens with some other icons in System Settings.
