Bug description:
In testing the firefox 15 updates for stable releases in QRT, I discovered
that for both amd64 and i386 embedded ogv files no longer play on 12.04 LTS. Eg:

These work on earlier releases. On 12.04 LTS the browser reports:
"The Windows Media Player 10 (compatible; Totem plugin has crashed. Send
crash report"
If I click "Send crash report" it looks like it was sent, but I don't
know where. On 12.10 a crash screen is displayed in the window, and it
says and clicking the crash screen icon (may require a page reload)
says "an error occurred. Could not decode stream."
This may not be an issue with firefox per se (ie, it might be totem or
gstreamer), but this is a regression over earlier releases and the
12.04 dialog is confusing for the user.
