Title:
cupsd crashed with SIGSEGV - apparmor?

Status in “cups” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.10 Beta 1 x64
  Cups: 1.6.1-0ubuntu5

Seems to be related to apparmor
  Apparmor: 2.8.0-0ubuntu2

   Sep 11 08:03:26 ubuwks kernel: [215872.551432] type=1400
audit(1347365006.793:6
  0): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_replace" name="/usr/sbin/cupsd"
pid=117
  17 comm="apparmor_parser"

May be related to Bug 160092?

In my case, printing is shared to my wife's and son's laptops (Ubuntu
12.04 x64, and LinuxMint 12 x86, resp). I have had no issues with
printing, just an occasional system crash message. Can provide any
  additional info requested.

  Files manually modified from defaults:
cupsd.conf - added remote web access, and:
  PreserveJobHistory On
  PreserveJobFiles On
  MaxJobs 500

I don't know enough about apparmor to muck with it's settings, so they
  are at default.
