New windows does not have default keyboard layout
Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
With checked both "Alow different layouts for individual windows" and
"New windows use the default layout" i get new windows with previous
layout.
I think "default" layout is topmost in list? So i have first English
(US) next Russian. For instance i'm typing in Russian layout in
browser window than open Gedit. In Gedit i still have Russian layout
while it must become English now.
