Bug description:
My Wacom Intuos 5 medium tablet doesn't work on 12.04. I have found
what I think is the fix here:

Being a relative novice I don't understand how and where to add the
data shown on that page.
If you can explain what I have to do in SIMPLE steps, I'd really
appreciate your help as my tablet is useless at the moment.
