Bug description:
When a window is minimised in a multi-monitor environment, and there
is a Launcher on every monitor, the minimise animation should minimise
the window into the Launcher on the monitor where it resides.
Currently the animation minimises the window into the Launcher on the
primary monitor, see attached video LauncherMulti.ogv
