Crash description: the screen displays crash information the system is completely frozen, mouse and keyboard are not answering I can not switch to a console (Ctrl-Alt-n) --> I attach a screen photo Workaround: hard reboot the computer (power button long press) When it occurs: randomly, when using firefox I could not identify a pattern nor a specific web site How often it occurs: It depends.
