Decide what to do with .rtupdate files
Status in “python-distutils-extra” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
dh_python2 will (since python-defaults 2.7.2-5, so quantal+precise)
create usr/share/python/runtime.d/*.rtupdate files, which according to
the policy for packages in extras.u.c are not allowed to be outside
/opt.
We need to make a decision on how to move forward.
