Title:
[UIFe] The greeter's session change indicator should only be displayed
if more than one session is installed

Status in Unity Greeter:
  Fix Released
Status in “unity-greeter” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
This is a one of a set of 4 UIFe that Design is requesting for the
greeter (bug 1049231, bug 1049235, bug 1049236, and bug 1049239).

The idea is that unless additional desktop environments have been
installed, we won't show the session change indicator. (the little
Ubuntu logo to the right of a user name that you click on to change
your session to GNOME or whatever)

Note that by default in Ubuntu, we only have one session in 12.10. So
this request means not showing that logo button by default.
