  nautilus (xdg in desktop_is_home_dir mode) don't keep desktop icons
  alligned

Bug description:
  I set user-dirs.dirs (~/.config folder) to have desktop=home=downloads, as I 
was used since gnome 2.
  Now every time I login there are some overlapped folders and I have to align 
those again.
