Assuming we should disable session switching when a session is open, but
not sure the cleanest way to make this clear so the sessions switcher
doesn't seem broken. Design team - what should we do here?

Bug description:
  When a user is logged in, unity-greeter still lets you select the
  session type, even though it will log in to whatever session is open,
  ignoring the selection (potentially changing the default at next
  login?).
