Title: Flashing cursor appears in several random places on the screen Status in “nvidia-graphics-drivers” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: After booting to gdm, there are a few flashing underline style cursors flashing in various places on the screen. It looks like a VT is "bleeding" through but in a corrupted way. In addition, the ctrl-alt-F<n> keys don't switch VTs. Logging out and in again and they will then work and the flashing cursor has gone.
