Title:
weird motion of launch when moving mouse near ubuntu logo
Status in Unity:

Bug description:
I'm on Ubuntu 11.04 32-bit.
When I move my mouse onto the middle of the Ubuntu logo (top left),
the Launcher pokes its nose out, but doesn't come all the way out.
When I move my mouse a little to the left and down of that position,
the Launcher slowly moves back into its position. It's like catching
an eel!
The 'active region' for enabling the Launcher should be revisited,
perhaps through a bit of user-testing. I personally find it very
strange and frustrating.
