Bug description:
When searching apps, the Rating filter does not affect all categories.
Inside the app previews, all apps are marked as having 0 stars.

  ---------------------
  Desired resolution:

  In the App Lens:

  - Inside each app preview, the correct number of stars should be
displayed (for both installed and un-installed apps)

  - Completely remove the 'Rating' filter from 'Filter Results' panel in
  the Apps Lens

  - No stars (either empty or filled) should be displayed in the app
preview for apps which do not originate from the software centre.
