FFe rationale:
- fixes broken functionality that users expect to 'just work'.
- code change is very isolated and limited.
- zeitgeist is relatively mature and proven technology.
- adds new dependency to Unity, but on the other hand, zeitgeist is already
present in the distro and many packages depend on it (such as lenses).

Files deleted by dragging and dropping the file from the Dash to the
Trash are not removed from the Dash
To Reproduce:
1. Open the Dash File Lens
2. Drag and drop a file from the File Lens to the Trash
3. Re-open the Dash and navigate to the File Lens
4. Notice that the file you just deleted is still there!
5. Try to load the file by clicking on it.
6. Nothing happens.
Desired Resolution:
- As soon as a file is deleted by dragging and dropping it from the Dash to
the Trash, the file should be immediately removed from the Dash
