Bug description:
Previews for some purchasable items in the Dash are missing icons and
display a generic icon instead because not all icons are available in
~/.cache/software-center/icons.
Software-center-dbus should return http uri of an icon via
GetAppDetails() dbus call if it's not available in the cache; if icon
is available in the case, just the name should be returned as it's
right now. Also this change should not impact apps which have icons in
/usr/share/app-install/icons.
