Bug description:
Now that Intel 2.20.7 and Nouveau 1.0.2 have landed for Quantal, we
now have 99% of the components needed for Phase 1 PRIME support
referred to as DRI2 offloading.
The only missing piece would be a single commit for xrandr.

Phase 2 stuff like power management and auto-switching aren't going to
be ready until 13.04, but we can do Phase 1 rather easily in this
cycle since everything else (dri2proto, xserver, mesa, etc) is ready.
