Sure thing... what is interesting is that the first time you attempt to block someone 'new' it removes others from the list. Then the second time you add someone it allows for more to be added.

Useful information: * Empathy starts up automatically when I log in * Most of the time is starts as Unavailable or Away (I think it restores the last state) * MSN chat Problem: Here's what happens * Get contacted by a spammer * Open Blocked Contacts list * Click on the window to view spam * Choose Contact->Block contact from chat window It actually erases (usually) one or two other entries in the Blocked Contacts that were already there. Thus I end up getting contacted from other spammers. I couldn't figure out what was going on for the longest time until I saw that. If I add them manually to the Blocked Contacts list it seems fine. Sorry I realize it's a bizaro issue to report but there you have it.
