Wrong Launcher state when moving to another workspace

Bug description:
When moving the active window to another workspace, the related
application icon stays still active in the Launcher, although the
window has moved to another workspace. To switch to that workspace, I
need to make that icon lose the focus and regain it somehow.
Passivating the icon might be a better behaviour, because then one
could switch to the other workspace by clicking the icon.
