Ubuntu 11.10 Fails on to Run on Dell Mini 10

Bug description:
Ubuntu has worked flawlessly on my wife's mini since version 8.10 or
9.04, now I cannot even install Ubuntu 11.10. The computer fails to
boot live distro, no errors are given, starts to boot and then just
hangs. Also doing an upgrade from 11.04 resulted in the same thing,
upgrade goes through, on reboot I can no longer get into the OS. I
have seen several forums from people talking about this issue.

Going to report over there so that they can add their information if
they want to. Let me know what commands to run on my 11.04 system (on
the mini) to get you the hardware information that you need. Thanks in
