Bug description:
This seems like a new regression in oneiric in the last couple of
days:
fairly often, but not every time, unity refuses to let me change focus
to another window: clicks in the other window have no effect, not does
clicking on the max/min title buttons, and alt-tab also does nothing.
Then a bit later it starts working again. I can't characterize yet
when it does or doesn't work.
