Using Software-Center Lock and Brighness, shows a bar for adaption of brightness to the user.(On a laptop system) This bar do not do! Any sliding of it has no effect of the screenbrightness. Reproducing: 1.Install Quantal to a laptop(may be a HP Enterprise 655) 2.Open up system setting 3.Choose Lock and Brightness 4.Sliding the brightness bar which is there. 5.See that it has no effect. Additional: I have tried several modifications of the reproducing steps - also arround the enery setting. All has no effect. This should be easy to reproduce on every laptop system.
