Bug description:
An application in the Ubuntu Software Center must be priced at $ 2.99 or
above. (https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/apps/new/)
I think is a very high price for a little applications, I think the USC must
allow prices as $ 0.50 or $ 1, for a better ecosystem, as Apple Store or
Android Play.
