I understand your concerns but this seems not a problem of ibus-table.
IBus people cannot help you giving fonts installed on your system.
Please fIle a different bug to request for fonts inclusion.
It's probably worth noting that ibus-m17n may be the right engine for most 
non-English and non-Chinese language.

I'd mark this bug as Invalid.
You can continue replying if you need further help.

Status in “ibus-table” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  This is not system fault, our language's requirement. You can check
  the correct rendering and writing system @
  http://www.omniglot.com/writing/burmese.htm and
  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burmese_script. I'll attached the
  keyboard layout currently we're using.
