Week 32: Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal (Nvidia) with ppa:unity-team/staging
System crashed and was not responding to any keys. Had to restart
which helped system to recover back to normal state.
See Screenshots attached - After crash, the display was switching
between 2 kinds - scrambled desktop view and command view showing
"Fontconfig warning"
