mount dir.'s in /media/<username> are not removed when restarting or
shutting down with volumes/drives/media still mounted

Bug description:
Mount an internal volume, usb drive, udf media, ect.
Do a restart or shut down
The mountpoint is left in /media/<username>, the next time mounted a new
mount dir. is created with an appended name, 1, 2, ect.
