This issue is still present in Ubuntu 11.04 and earlier releases. However, I notice tabbing between the textfields work as expected in network-manager-gnome 0.9.1.90-0ubuntu6.1 on Ubuntu 11.10 and later releases. Therefore I believe this bug can be considered fixed.
