Twitter doesn't appear as an account that integrates with Gwibber.

Bug description:
After configuring Twitter, it said that it works with Gwibber.
However, initially, after selecting Gwibber from the "Show accounts
that integrate with" dropdown list, it did not show Twitter as one of
those accounts (and still does not, even after configuring it).
