Bug description:
If you try to change the theme to HighContrast or LowContrast in
System Settings>Appearance or System Settings>Universal Access, System
Settings will crash.
The overlay scrollbars changed their schema from a boolean
org.gnome.desktop.interface ubuntu-overlay-scrollbars to a string
com.canonical.desktop.interface scrollbar-mode.
Two patches need updating:
