the driver did not create exrternal mic capture volume and capture
switch at node 0x14
pulseaudio mute the other input source (e.g. dock mic and internal mic)
but the driver share node 0x17 for dock mic and external mic
you need to rewrite the driver to use node 0x18 for external mic boost
the workaound is change the pulseaudio 's ext mic conf so that it won't
mute the dock mic
