  Super key does not open dash after switching to a workspace with no
  windows

Bug description:
  After switching to a workspace that contains no windows, pressing the
  Super key does not open the dash, even if I switch back to a workspace
  with windows. This effect lasts until the window focus is changed by
  clicking or using the window switcher. A screencast including xev
  output is attached.
