Bug description:
I've got webapps for some pages but on others I DO NOT WANT them ever
like my work pages on launchpad. I've said Never for this site
multiple times yet it still asks. This is rather irksome! What I
would expect is that once you're offered and say no never or this time
you wouldn't be offered again. There might be an option to revisit
this at a later stage should you change your mind.
