Problem with X locking infrequently on HP Pavillion DV6-3030tx

Bug description:
Occasionally I have X lock and I need to restart X to get back in.
Unfortunately I haven't yet found a way to reliably reproduce the
issue, but hopefully the logs may shed some light on whats going on.
Please let me know if you need any more information or specific
testing done.
