Dash - Clicking outside of dash region does not stop a song preview

Bug description:
make sure dash is not maximized
Open music lens, right click on a song and click the play icon (not
the Play button). now click outside of the dash to close it.
What happens:
the song keeps playing unless dash is opened
What should happen:
the moment you click outside the dash song should stop.

Desired solution:
- Exiting the Dash should stop any media preview (e.g. music or video)
that is in progress.
